By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the buyer understands and enters into agreement with Heart Horse Creations on the following:

• Wait times for keepsake completion are a minimum of 6 weeks once hair is received for in stock items.
• If buyer has a keepsake deadline that they would like to request, they are to confirm with Heart Horse Creations via email prior to placing their order on the website. 
• Sterling silver orders are placed every 8-12 weeks and take 6-8 weeks to arrive for keepsake completion.
• Please note that no rings are kept in stock.
