HOW TO SEND HAIR // If pre washed, ensure it is 100% dry before mailing as it will mould in the mail and that causes smell and breakage. Send in a ziplock bag with an elastic on the top of the hair. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the buyer understands and enters into agreement with Heart Horse Creations on the following:

  • -Wait times for keepsake completion are a minimum of 6 weeks once hair is received for in stock items.
  • -If buyer has a keepsake deadline that they would like to request, they are to confirm with Heart Horse Creations via email prior to placing their order on the website. 
  • -Sterling silver orders are placed every 8-12 weeks and take 6-8 weeks to arrive for keepsake completion.
  • -Please note that no rings are kept in stock.
